Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on time. We partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders. Our packaging does not have any branding, marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere without disclosing the contents of the package.

For order above ₹995 shipping is absolutely free. For orders below ₹995 there is a normal fee of ₹79 charged for delivery.

We ship your order within 24-48 hours. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-3 working days in major cities and 7-15 days for other locations as per your pin code.

You can track your order online once it is dispatched. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability at different warehouse. We will intimate you in such cases we mail.

We package our products in boxes or poly bags, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

If you feel packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivey. Contact us with your order number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
